Spring Plant Sale

Welcome to our Spring Plant Sale pre-order! 

Liberty Prairie and D127 have teamed up to offer over 140 varieties of native and vegetable, herb, and flowers for your gardening needs. 

  • Planting kits can be pre-ordered online and will be available for pick-up at the Prairie Crossing Conservation Farm on Saturday, May 4th from 9am-1pm.
  • Individual plants will be available for purchase at our Spring Plant Sale and Farm Festival on Saturday, May 4ths from 9am-1pm. Spend a morning at the farm with us!
