Terms of Service
By completing your order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
- The purchase of a CSA share represents a season-long commitment. We do not provide refunds.
- If you are unable to claim your share on your designated pickup day, please have a friend or neighbor pick it up for you or contact us prior to delivery to make alternate arrangements. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for unclaimed shares at neighborhood pickup sites or at the farm. Unclaimed food at the end of pick-up day will be donated.
- To get the most from your CSA experience, members are asked to please join our farm email newsletter. The newsletter provides an overview of your farm share, storage tips, cooking techniques, recipes, event reminders, and updates from the farm. Additionally, this is our primary method to communicate important information regarding farm shares.
